Vineyard & Production Specifics

• Vineyard Location: Valeirano cru in Treiso, Piedmont.
• Vine Age: 45 to 60 years old.
• Elevation: 380 to 450 meters above sea level with complete southern exposure.
• Vinification: 14–15 days of maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.
• Aging: Malolactic fermentation followed by 20 to 22 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels (20% new, 80% second-use), then refined for an additional 6 months in the bottle.
